MULTICULTURALISM

The committee’s commitment and overall goal is to create and sustain an environment that welcomes, serves and celebrates the diversity that exists among our staff, administration, board of directors, and most importantly the people we serve.

 
The mission of our Multicultural Committee is to lead and assist the organization towards greater cultural competence.  The committee will do so by developing, reviewing, revising and implementing all aspects of the organization’s cultural competence plan.
