POSITION TITLE: RECEPTIONIST/SECRETARY DEPARTMENT: Kinsella Treatment Center RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Full-time 40 hours per week (7AM-3PM Monday – Friday). Answer incoming calls and prepare outgoing mail. Compile and type statistical reports. Process client intakes and assist in data compilation and dissemination of information. Perform other secretarial duties as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and one years’ related experience and/or training. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in the behavioral sciences and two years experience in counseling preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. POSITION TITLE: CLINICAL COORDINATOR DEPARTMENT: New Prospects RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Full-time 40 flexible hours Monday - Friday. Supervise counseling staff. Work directly in treatment relationship with assigned caseload. Facilitate weekly mental health groups. Keep records and provide reports. Provide oversight and supervision related to clinical interventions, quality of care and client welfare. Work in close collaboration with physicians. Assist department director in planning and quality improvement. QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in the behavioral sciences. LCSW/LADC/LPC/LMFT required. Extensive experience in the provision and supervision of integrated co-occurring treatment. Incumbents may be required to secure additional professional certification and/or license (e.g.) certified co-occurring disorders professional (CCDP). Valid CT driver’s license required. Provide counseling services in a MRO Rehabilitation Center to clients with serious and persistent mental illness and substance abuse disorders. QUALIFICATIONS: Required Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral sciences and experience in counseling of persons with Mental Illness and Co-Occurring Disorders. POSITION TITLE: PER DIEM COUNSELOR DEPARTMENT: First Step RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Per Diem Counselor positions available at our medically monitored detox program to work on an as needed basis. Conduct screening, intake, orientation and assessment of clients. Implement therapeutic treatment using approved methods of counseling, case management and crisis intervention. Prepare and maintain records on assigned caseload and issue reports. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral sciences and 2 years experience in substance abuse and mental health counseling preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Collect and prepare billing of client fees. Bill third party insurance, track authorizations, handle correspondence to clients and third party payors. QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree and 3 years experience in AR and billing. General knowledge of billing guidelines including DSS policies.
